• Booking: To book our Services, you may use our online booking system, call our office, or use our mobile application. You must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
• Confirmation: Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS containing your booking details. It is your responsibility to review and verify the information. If there are any discrepancies, please contact us immediately.

• Payment Methods: We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, and online payment systems. Payment details will be provided during the booking process.
• Payment Timing: Payment for Services must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. For corporate clients with a contractual agreement, payment terms will be outlined in the contract.
• Refunds: Refunds for cancellations will be processed according to our Cancellation Policy outlined below.

• Cancellation by Customer: You may cancel your booking by contacting us directly. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time may incur a cancellation fee. The specific terms and conditions for cancellations and any applicable fees will be provided at the time of booking.
• Cancellation by SK Travelss Ltd.: We reserve the right to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle breakdowns, driver unavailability, or severe weather conditions. In such cases, you will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund will be provided

• Timeliness: We strive to ensure our drivers arrive at the pick-up location on time. However, we cannot guarantee punctuality due to factors beyond our control, such as traffic conditions and weather.
• Conduct: Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and lawful manner during the journey. We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger exhibiting inappropriate or unlawful behavior.
• Property: Passengers are responsible for their belongings. We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal property left in our vehicles. If an item is found in one of our vehicles, please contact us to arrange for its return.

Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy page. 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SK Travelss Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use our Services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services by any third party
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Services

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
