  • Cancellation by SK Travelss Ltd.: We reserve the right to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle breakdowns, driver unavailability, or severe weather conditions. In such cases, you will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund will be provided

Use of Services

  • Timeliness: We strive to ensure our drivers arrive at the pick-up location on time. However, we cannot guarantee punctuality due to factors beyond our control, such as traffic conditions and weather.
  • Conduct: Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and lawful manner during the journey. We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger exhibiting inappropriate or unlawful behavior.
  • Property: Passengers are responsible for their belongings. We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal property left in our vehicles. If an item is found in one of our vehicles, please contact us to arrange for its return.
